These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the nexwealthy.com site, operated by Nexwealthy Capital S.A. Accessing the site implies acceptance of these terms.

Nexwealthy Capital S.A., CUIT 30-71834562-7, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under No. 1,892,345, Book 28, Volume A of Joint Stock Companies, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
2. Purpose of the site
The site aims to provide information about the real estate crowdlending activities that Nexwealthy carries out in Argentina, as well as to allow voluntary subscription to the newsletter to receive opportunities. The content is informational and does not constitute personalised financial advice.
3. Nature of the investments
Participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves risk. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the performance of each project. Any specific opportunity to participate will be made exclusively through authorised platforms and under the particular conditions published for each project.
4. Regulatory framework
The activity is carried out under the framework applicable to crowdfunding platforms of the Argentine Republic, registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) under Registry PCO No. 247/2024.
5. Intellectual property
The content, brands, logos, designs and code of the site belong to Nexwealthy Capital S.A. or to their original holders. Reproduction in whole or in part without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Nexwealthy makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of the site. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the site with the corresponding update date.
8. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from the use of the site will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
